Learn MoreWayyyyy better than I expected. Anxiety had me...... then....... done. Went home and slept hard! Think I scared some of the staff but they got to see what happens with an extreme high anxiety patient. Wonderful facility and "Dance well together. " Thank everyone involved. God Bless.
Every staff member from the front desk to all members of clinical staff were awesome. Friendly. Competent. Communicative. Make me feel com and as I was in good hands.
Very good experience. Thank you very much.
The check in process was efficient and the staff were progeny. The prep and surgical team were excellent. I just wish that I had been informed beforehand that: a) My escort would have to be present at check in and that she (my wife) would have to stay in the waiting room for the entire period of the procedure and recovery. b) That I was not allowed to have even a sip of water up to 90 mins before the procedure.
